1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Mintgro, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Mintgro is a connected business platform covering CRM & Sales, Marketing, Work/Projects, Time, Finance, HRMS, Recruitment, Learning, Support, Docs, Goals, Reports, Automation, Calendar, Clients, Activity, Integrations and Workspace/Admin. We may add, change or retire individual capabilities over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

One company per subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account, including users you invite.

4. Billing and trial

  • New accounts start on a 7-day trial.
  • Every plan is a paid plan — there is no permanent free tier.
  • Plans are billed monthly by default; annual billing is available on request.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may suspend access for accounts with a failed or overdue payment, after notice.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use Mintgro to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach our security, or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.

6. Your data

You own the business data you enter into Mintgro. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and request deletion on cancellation.

7. Intellectual property

Mintgro, its logo and the underlying software remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Mintgro. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice before they take effect.
